Kiermaier left Saturday's spring training game against Detroit after fouling a ball off his right knee, Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic reports.

Kiermaier immediately fell to the ground after hitting his knee, and he looked to be in quite a bit of pain. The Jays will take him back into the clubhouse for a closer look and should provide more information soon, but early signs are troubling.
