Harrison exited Thursday's game against Cleveland in the bottom of the second inning for an unspecified reason, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Harrison had been out of the lineup Wednesday after he suffered a bruised left hand Tuesday, but he returned to action Thursday. He drew a walk in the top of the second inning and was brought in to score later in the frame. However, the 34-year-old was replaced defensively in the bottom half of the inning. It's not yet clear whether his departure is related to his hand injury or whether he'll be available for Friday's series opener in Arlington.
