Everth Cabrera is scheduled to appear in an Arizona court room Monday regarding a domestic violence charge of misdemeanor assault, which was levied on the infielder on March 16. Cabrera has plead not-guilty to domestic abuse charges levied after a fight with his wife during spring training. "I will be in Seattle," is all Cabrera would say on the subject.
