Evan Meek struck out all three Red Sox he faced for a save on Wednesday. Meek has regained much of the velocity that briefly made him an All-Star setup man before shoulder problems struck. The Orioles can send him down, since he's on a minor league contract, but it's looking like they'll probably keep him. It's down to him and Alfredo Aceves for the last spot in the pen.
