ESPN's Buster Olney reports that Joel Hanrahan (elbow) is drawing some interest. Hanrahan is supposed to begin throwing from a mound soon as he works his way back from Tommy John and flexor tendon surgery. Even though he had the operation in May, the veteran reliever is hoping to be game-ready by late March. He'll likely look for a one-year, incentive-laden deal as he attempts to re-establish his value.
