ESPN Dallas reports Mike Adams (neck/shoulder) has been diagnosed with thorasic outlet syndrome. It's the same injury that kept Chris Carpenter out for the majority of the season. Adams will delay surgery and is expected to be sidelined for 7-10 days. The Rangers are hoping he'll be available for the playoffs.
