Escobar (wrist) is back in the lineup Friday against the Pirates, Eric Kay of the Angels reports.

Escobar will be making his return after he left the game Sunday while attempting to field a groundball in the third inning against Houston. The 33-year-old is batting .306 with three home runs and 13 RBI on the year and has been one of the bright spots on the Angels this season.
