Escobar left Friday's game after being hit on the left hand by a pitch in his first at-bat, Chelsea Janes of the Washington Post reports. He was able to take first base after being hit by an Aaron Harang pitch in the first, but did not come out to take the field in the bottom of the frame. It marks the fifth time Escobar's been hit by a pitch this season, and the fifth time he's had to leave a game early due to an ailment.
