Eric Young Jr. (hamstring) has been forced to back off his rehab program after feeling renewed tightness in his strained right hamstring on Friday. Young, who has been running at the team's spring training complex, won't be ready to come off the disabled list when first eligible on Tuesday. Matt den Dekker will continue to handle the bulk of the work in center field while Young and Juan Lagares are sidelined.
