Eric Young Jr. (side) hit off a tee Thursday. The workout went well, but the Mets probably won't let Young play in a Grapefruit League game until next week as a precautionary measure. The 28-year-old speedster is expected to lead off for New York this season. He stole a league-leading 46 bases in 2013.
