Cleveland Indians relief pitcher Emmanuel Clase threw a perfect ninth inning while striking out two to record his 17th save of the season in a 3-1 win over the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday night. Clase had no trouble in this one and is likely the clear-cut option for saves in Cleveland given the recent struggles of James Karinchak. Clase will carry a 1.64 ERA into his next appearance.
