Cleveland Indians relief pitcher Emmanuel Clase locked down his 16th save on Sunday while allowing one hit and recording one strikeout in a 7-5 win over the Detroit Tigers. Clase now has a 1.75 ERA on the season to go along with 50 strikeouts in 46 1/3 innings pitched. He will likely continue to share save opportunities with James Karinchak, but it is great to see he has earned four save opportunities since July 31st.
