Ellsbury (hip) is back in the lineup Friday against the Braves, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.

Ellsbury sat of out Wednesday's contest as he was dealing with a sore hip, and though manager Joe Girardi was initially hesitant to say he'd be ready by Friday, the issue now appears to be behind the 32-year-old. He'll assume his usual duties in center field and atop the lineup.
