Either Josh Collmenter or Micah Owings will head to the bullpen, said general manger Kevin Towers. This should take Arizona out of the reliever hunt, but it does put them in the running for another starter, albeit an upgrade over Collmenter/Owings. We don't see them making a major addition after taking on Jason Marquis' contract, so look for them to target a lesser name like Kevin Slowey.
