Edgin is dealing with an elbow issue and may not be available out of the bullpen Wednesday, Marc Carig of Newsday reports. Edgin was also deemed unavailable Tuesday as a result of the injury. For now, it doesn't sound like the Mets will be calling up any bullpen reinforcements from the minors, so Edgin's injury wouldn't seem to be particularly serious.
