Eaton went 2-for-5 with a triple and two RBI in Friday's 10-4 victory over the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old leadoff man came through with his third multi-hit effort in the last four games, and recored his second three-bagger of the season in the process. After legging out a whopping 19 triples over the previous two seasons, Eaton is on pace for another banner year in that category. What he hasn't been able to duplicate as of yet in 2016 has been last season's power surge, which saw the four-year pro break out for double-digit homers (14) for the first time in his career. Despite the absence of the long ball, Eaton has largely done his job in setting the table at the top of the order, and is slashing .300/.417/.400 in his first 20 at-bats of May.
