After being relegated to a DH role while his recovering from offseason shoulder surgery, Eaton will take the field in left four days ahead of schedule Saturday. This is another step in the right direction for Eaton, who is already off to a torrid start at the dish this spring with a .357 batting average. Provided that Saturday's game goes without incident in the field, Eaton should be on track to start in center when the season opens April 4.
