Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports that the Dodgers have signed reliever Jamey Wright to a one-year deal. No word yet on the terms involved, but he's likely to land his first major league contract since 2005. Wright, 39, posted a 3.09 ERA and 65/23 K/BB ratio over 70 innings of work with the Rays this past season. He previously pitched with the Dodgers in 2012.
