St. Louis Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol said the team has been happy with outfielder Dylan Carlson's (hamstring) progress. He is receiving the day off on Thursday, and if his left hamstring passes all of the tests, he'll rejoin the team in St. Louis on Friday.
