Dustin McGowan will start Sunday against the Orioles. Luis Perez, who allowed eight runs over just 2 23 innings Tuesday against the Red Sox, will have his turn in the rotation skipped. McGowan hasn't started a major league game since 2008 and should probably be avoided for mixed league fantasy purposes.
