Dustin McGowan (oblique) is a week into his DL stint and has not been cleared for a throwing program. McGowan hit the 15-day disabled list on August 1 with a strained right oblique muscle. There is no timetable for the right-hander's return to the Blue Jays' bullpen. He will likely require a minor league rehab assignment.
