Dustin McGowan (foot) has yet to resume throwing. He'll begin the season on the disabled list due to plantar fasciitis in his right foot. It's really unfortunate for a guy that's had so many arm issues in his career that a foot injury sidelines him when he appeared to be a lock for the Opening Day rotation. There's no timetable for when McGowan will return.
