Oakland Athletics outfield prospect Dustin Fowler has been promoted from Triple-A Nashville, according to Jane Lee of MLB.com. He brings with him some pop and speed to go along with a good average (.310). At Nashville, Fowler had three homers, seven doubles, three triples and eight stolen bases.
