Dr. Lewis Yocum diagnosed Brian Wilson with a "moderate" sprain of the ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow. Wilson doesn't have a full ligament tear, and he'll get a second opinion from Dr. James Andrews Wednesday before a final decision is made regarding surgery. Some pitchers choose to rehab Wilson's level of injury, but he certainly sounded on Sunday like a guy that was ready to have Tommy John surgery, and that's still the likely route. We'll know for sure later this week.
