Doolittle (shoulder) will make his next rehab appearance Friday with Triple-A Nashville, MLB.com's Jane Lee reports. Doolittle will advance another step in his recovery period and take on Triple-A hitters. It's not clear how many more rehab outings he will need before he is activated, but he will rejoin the big club later this month or by the middle of next month barring any setbacks.
