Doolittle (shoulder) said on Thursday that his shoulder is "a lot better" and an ultrasound last week came back looking great, reports Jane Lee of MLB.com.Doolittle still has not picked up a ball since platelet-rich injections in his shoulder in January, but appears to be on right track. He is still expected to miss the start of the season, but it currently looks like the injury will not keep him out long term.
