Doolittle (shoulder) performed sock throws on Monday, taking another step in the rehab process, reports Joe Stiglich of CSN California. Doolittle has not thrown actual baseballs yet, but is progressing well on his shoulder rehab. There will be more concrete information available once he gets to throwing on the mound, but it still appears that he is scheduled to be back with the team in late April.
