Doolittle pitched a perfect tenth with a strikeout to pick up the save Saturday against the Mariners. Doolittle had been reinstated from the disabled list merely one day earlier and he picked up his 21st save of the season. It was his first game since August 23, and he picked up right where he left off. Since the 1st of July, Doolittle has allowed only one run and hasn't blown a save in 10 chances.
