Dontrelle Willis was removed from his outing at Triple-A Fresno on Sunday with an apparent arm injury. Willis threw three wild pitches, and then walked off holding his left elbow. The 32-year-old left-hander had appeared in one other game thus far, working a perfect 1/3 of an inning. The team should have an update on his status this evening.
