The home run was Donaldson's eighth of the season and he's quickly established himself as another power hitting option in the top half of the Blue Jays lineup. With Donaldson, Jose Bautista, Edwin Encarnacion and Russell Martin comprising the two-through-five spots in the lineup every night, the Blue Jays lineup is one of the most powerful in the whole league. The former member of the A's is now hitting for a .319/.376/.556 slash line on the season and is one of the top third basemen in the league.
