Donaldson was removed from Saturday's game against the Royals due to flu-like symptoms, Sportsnet's Barry Davis reports. It's possible Donaldson is just bothered by fatigue and/or dehydration, with the Blue Jays playing in hot weather after Friday's game was delayed by rain. Even if he does have an illness, he may try to return for the final game of the season's first half.
