Dodgers signed INF Nick Evans to a minor league contract. The deal includes a spring training invite. Evans, formerly of the Mets, appeared in just 21 games with the Pirates' Triple-A affiliate this season prior to undergoing surgery to repair a broken left hand in May. He'll be a long shot to win a spot on the Opening Day roster.
