Dodgers placed RHP Chris Withrow on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to May 21, with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. Withrow was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque last week, but he never reported to the team and the option has been rescinded after an MRI revealed a UCL tear. He'll undergo a second opinion, but Tommy John surgery is surely inevitable.
