Dodgers optioned SS Dee Gordon to Triple-A Albuquerque. Gordon was given a momentary stay after the latest Casey Blake injury, but he was at risk for losing playing time now that Rafael Furcal is back from the disabled list. The 23-year-old shortstop batted just .232/.250/.280 with a 16/2 K/BB ratio over his first 85 plate appearances in the big leagues, but did manage eight stolen bases in 11 attempts. He'll be back soon enough.
