Dodgers optioned RHP Chris Withrow to Triple-A Albuquerque. Withrow owns a 2.95 ERA in 20 relief appearances this season, but the Dodgers had to send someone down on Wednesday to open a spot for Hyun-Jin Ryu, who was activated from the disabled list in a corresponding move.
