Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said he'll give the slumping Dee Gordon "a few" days off. Gordon, who is in a 2-for-31 slide at the plate, didn't play Saturday. He might eventually be sent down if this mental break proves to be unsuccessful. "I told him this is going to make him a better player," Mattingly said. "He needs to think properly but he's not going through anything that other good players haven't gone through. It's coming from pressure he's putting on himself."
