Dodgers designated RHP Peter Moylan for assignment. The move was made in order to clear room on the 40-man roster for the arrival of Alexander Guerrero. Moylan was already slated to become a free agent after the World Series, so this doesn't really change his status. He posted a 6.46 ERA over 14 appearances for the Dodgers this season.
