Dodgers declined LHP Chris Capuano's $6 million mutual option for 2014. Capuano will receive a $1 million buyout and test the open market. The 35-year-old left-hander posted a 4.26 ERA and 81/24 K/BB ratio in 105 2/3 innings this season. He should draw interest as a backend starter or a swingman in the bullpen.
