Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Didi Gregorius (hand) remains out of the starting lineup on Monday against the Colorado Rockies. Gregorius will miss his fifth straight game due to a bruised left hand suffered last Tuesday, but he's making progress and could be available in a pinch-hitting role after taking batting practice on Sunday, according to manager Joe Girardi.
