Diamondbacks recalled LHP Tyler Skaggs from Triple-A Reno. Skaggs is replacing the injured Trevor Cahill in Arizona's rotation and will make the start Friday against the Rockies. The young southpaw has a 5.40 ERA over three starts in the majors this season and makes for a risky play in mixed fantasy leagues.
