Diamondbacks recalled LHP Tyler Skaggs from High-A Visalia. Skaggs was sent down prior to the All-Star break to stay on his regular turn, so he'll return Monday to face the Cubs. The 22-year-old southpaw has a 4.03 ERA and 25/10 K/BB ratio over 29 innings in five starts with the Diamondbacks this season.
