Diamondbacks recalled INF Didi Gregorius from Triple-A Reno. He'll replace the injured Cliff Pennington (thumb) on the active roster and will serve as Chris Owings' backup. Gregorius, last year's starting shortstop for Arizona, was hitting .310/.389/.447 through 57 games in Triple-A this season.
