Diamondbacks placed RHP J.J. Putz on the 15-day disabled list with a dislocated right finger. Putz suffered the injury while trying to barehand a ground ball in Friday's game. Heath Bell and Joe Thatcher will be used in setup roles in his absence. The Diamondbacks have recalled Chaz Roe to replace Putz on the active roster.
