Diamondback manager Chip Hale said Friday that Hernandez (elbow) has been "pushed back" slightly after experiencing soreness after his last outing in extended spring training, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports. Hernandez seemed to be progressing well in his recovery from Tommy John surgery, recently touching 94 mph in a controlled setting, but this setback could very well delay his return to the majors until late May. The right-hander posted a 4.48 ERA and 66:24 K:BB over 62.1 innings in his last healthy season in 2013.
