Dexter Fowler (intercostal) has yet to swing a bat or pick up a ball. The Astros were originally hoping that Fowler would be ready at the start of the second half, but he's still a ways off from returning. These injuries tend to linger, so the Astros don't want to take any chances. He'll need a minor league rehab assignment before being activated, so it's probably safe to rule him out until August at this point.
