The righty made one 2021 appearance with the Tigers, allowing four runs in 1.2 innings, and he hasn't not fared much better in Triple-A, posting a 6.23 ERA in 17.1 innings with Toledo this season. It's possible Burrows gets claimed by another organization, but his less-than-impressive numbers the past two seasons make that unlikely.
