Derek Lowe continued his resurgence on Thursday, allowing just two runs on nine hits over six innings of work against the Red Sox. Lowe struck out three and walked just one in the game. He now sits at 5-1 on the season with a 2.47 ERA and has been a large part of the reason that the Indians are currently leading the AL Central Division. While he's unlikely to keep up this pace, he makes for an interesting pickup opportunity for his start against the Twins in Minnesota on Tuesday.
