Den Dekker (hand) is out of the lineup and remains unavailable Friday, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports. Den Dekker was hit by a pitch on the top of his left hand Tuesday, and still hasn't returned to form. Eric Young Jr. will start in left field again Friday while den Dekker continues to rest his hand.
