DeJesus has made seven straight starts for the Rays, but will sit Thursday with lefty Corey Kluber on the mound for Cleveland. Joey Butler will move over to left field, while Grady Sizemore will serve as the DH and bat cleanup. DeJesus has just one hit in seven at-bats against southpaws this season, showing that this move is typical for manager Kevin Cash.
