DeGrom has been sidelined with forearm inflammation all month, an injury that's always scary for starters considering how often we see it eventually lead to Tommy John surgery. He probably won't be able to go terribly deep -- his longest bullpen session this month has been 35 pitches -- but it wasn't clear if he'd be able to return this season at all, so this is great news for the Mets.
